Large World Junk Journal (Butterbeescraps Design Team Project) #junkjournals
Hello! I hope everyone is having a great day! Today I wanted to share my Butterbeescraps Design Team Project with you! I used a large recycled cereal box for my cover and a lot of items that were gifted to me in order to put together this amazing junk journal! It has 3 signatures with a 5 hole pamphlet stitch for the binding. I used a number of charms from my stash, including a true vintage broken necklace, as well as a few fun ones from Butterbeescraps store to make the chunky charm on the spine. (#Sm Bronze Arrows) On the cover I put some mini gold metal embellishments on the book corners, and two golden filagrees on top and bottom (#011-G) I added some beautiful green glass rhinestones (#SS12 Olivine Flat Back) and a lovely white resin flower from my stash as the focal point. The closure is a Tim Holtz hardware die that I cut from leather and attached to some hitch fasteners (No Longer in Stock) from Butterbeescraps store! I really love those kinds of closures. If you would like some ideas for closures like this one Check out Butterbeescraps Blog HERE!
